Our journey begins with your arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San Jose, Costa Rica. From there, you'll be greeted and transported to our beautiful retreat location in Jaco, a vibrant beach resort town just 1.5 hours away. As you travel, take in the lush landscapes and coastal views that set the stage for our transformative retreat.

Upon arrival in Jaco, settle into your comfortable accommodations and take a moment to unwind. In the evening, join us for a warm and inviting Welcome Dinner, where we will gather to connect, set our intentions, and kick off our journey together. As the sun sets over the stunning Jaco beach, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal.

This intimate dinner will be a time to relax, meet fellow stylists, and share your goals and hopes for the retreat. We’re taking your morning movement to the rooftop. Breathe in that fresh ocean air, flow through a gentle yoga practice, and drop into deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath—set against the rising sun over Jaco Beach. It’s the perfect way to reset your nervous system and tap into the energy of the day.

Morning Activation: Business, Social Media & Branding
Let’s get real about growth. This session is all about showing up boldly in your business and online. We’ll break down what’s working right now in branding and social media, share strategies that feel authentic (not forced), and help you align your presence with your purpose—because your brand should be a reflection of who you truly are.

Lunch

ATV Jungle Tour
Get ready to kick up some mud. This afternoon, we’re heading deep into the Costa Rican jungle on an ATV adventure that’s all thrill and full chill. Ride through lush trails, hidden rivers, and epic lookout points. You’ll come back a little dirty but a whole lot inspired.

Dinner
We’ll wrap the day with a laid-back dinner and beachside vibes. Think sunset views, great convos, and major “did-that-just-happen?” moments from the day. This is what Hair Escape is all about—deep connection, unforgettable experiences, and memories that stay long after the tan fades.

Breakfast
Start the day with coffee, tea, and a nourishing breakfast. This is your chance to ease into the morning, check in with yourself, and prepare for a day that blends healing, creativity, and serious adventure.

Healing Sound + Subconscious Rewiring
This isn’t your average mindset session. Settle into a deeply restorative sound experience designed to help you release what’s no longer serving you and rewire your inner dialogue. Through guided intention work and sound therapy, you’ll tap into a grounded, elevated version of yourself—ready to step into the stylist, leader, and human you’re becoming.

Guiding Transformation Through Color

Now that your energy is aligned, it's time to step into your role as a true transformation guide behind the chair. This session goes far beyond formulation—it's about navigating the emotional and energetic layers of major color changes. We’ll dive into how to support clients through vulnerable shifts like going grey, transitioning to platinum, embracing depth, and everything in between. You’ll learn how to map out realistic, results-driven color correction journeys using the right products, clear communication, and long-term planning that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

Canyoning + Waterfall Adventure
Adrenaline, meet empowerment. This isn’t just an excursion—it’s a breakthrough moment. You’ll zipline, rappel down waterfalls, swim through jungle pools, and maybe even leap off a cliff (no pressure!). Guided by pros, this experience is thrilling, safe, and a powerful way to celebrate everything you’ve already overcome.

Dinner
We’ll end the day with a cozy group dinner filled with connection, reflection, and gratitude. Share your “holy sh*t” moments, laugh about the waterfall cannon balls, and soak in how far you’ve come—in business, in bravery, and in life.

Late Breakfast
Take the morning at your own pace—sleep in, sip slow, and ease into the day however you need. An optional light breakfast will be available when you’re ready. Want to get moving? Start your day with a sunrise hike up Miro Mountain. You’ll wander through lush jungle, spot monkeys along the way, and explore the ruins of an abandoned manor—it's the perfect mix of steps, sights, and stillness before we dive into our final day together.

Extensions Session
Today, we get into the transformative world of extensions. Whether you're looking to expand your service offerings or elevate your current techniques, this session covers the art, science, and strategy behind extension work. We’ll dig into methods, consultations, pricing, and maintenance—because extensions aren’t just a service, they’re a whole experience. And when done right, they can completely change someone’s confidence and your income.

We’ll pack up some deliciousness so you can eat on the move—Costa Rican flavors, retreat-style convenience. Whether you’re munching on the boat or picnicking by the waves, you’ll be fueled and ready for your next adventure.

Chartered Boat & Sunset Cruise
It’s time to sail. This isn’t just a boat ride—it’s a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come. Cruise along the coast with the sun dipping low, sea breeze in your hair, and the kind of vibe that only happens when passion meets peace. Laugh, dance, toast, swim (if you’re bold!), and take it all in—because you earned this.

Final Dinner
We’ll gather one last time for an unforgettable dinner full of gratitude, connection, and maybe a few happy tears. You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and so proud of the shifts you made here. This isn’t goodbye—it’s the start of a new chapter.
